Under normal circumstances, the product will bring you years of benefits and satisfaction. If there is a problem with your energy meter, please contact your dealer immediately. All energy meters are sealed with a special sealing strip. Once this sealing strip is damaged, warranty cannot be requested. Therefore, never open the cover in front of the energy meter or break the sealing strip of the energy meter. After installation, the warranty period is 24 months and only applies to construction failures.

Energy consumption indicator
On the front panel of the 2P single-phase rail type energy meter (four module) product, there are two LED lights, one of which is a single-phase voltage indicator and the other is a pulse indicator for active energy measurement. The pulse constant is displayed on the nameplate of the instrument.
● Meter reading
The 2P single-phase rail type electric energy meter is equipped with a 6+1-bit LCD display for recording energy consumption and cannot be reset to 0.
● Pulse output
Our company's single-phase single line rail type electric energy meter has a pulse output completely separated from the internal circuit. The pulses it generates are proportional to the measured electrical energy. They are test pulse outputs (pins 9 and 10). Usually, the test pulse output is used for testing accuracy or reading purposes in nearly a quarter of the cases.
Testing pulse output is a polarity dependent, passive transistor output that requires an external voltage source for proper operation. For this external voltage source, the voltage should be 5-27vDC, and the maximum input current should be DC27mA DC. To connect the pulse output, connect 5-27vDC to connector 9 (positive pole), and connect the signal line to connector 10 (negative pole).
